Crocheting
Crocheting runs every Thursday at recess. It is available to anyone in years K-6 who would like to learn how to crochet. We currently have one parent, who teaches the students and we would love more helpers. The students come along and learn the basic crocheting chain. From there they can make bracelets or necklaces. After that, the students are encouraged to make a range of items.
Chess Club
A chess club operates during the week at CVPS. Players of all abilities are encouraged to attend and participate in friendly games at recess and lunchtime throughout the week.
Photography Club
Students who are interested in learning more about photography are encouraged to participate in the school photography club. The club encourages students to take photos outside of school and then bring them to school to edit their photos using a range of computer programs.
