Our Parents and Citizens’ Association (P&C) is made up of parents and carers, teachers and community members. The P&C meets regularly to contribute to decision-making, developing policies and management plans as well as fundraising.
We have an active P&C who raise considerable funds to assist us in providing resources and a pleasant learning environment for our students. Some of the valued donations in the past have included our fabulous Jellybeans Music Program, the shade structure and seating in the kindergarten playground area and our flashing speed awareness signs you see as you approach the school on Madeira Rd and Church St Street.
Each year our P&C organise fundraisers that families can participate in and these help raise money so we can continue to contribute to the school. Popular amongst the students are Mothers Day and Fathers Day Stalls, raffles and discos. We would love to hear any other ideas that our school community would be interested in, so feel free to come along to our meetings and share your ideas and experiences with us!
When do we meet?
Interested parents and citizens are always welcome to attend the meetings which are generally held every third Thursday of the month commencing 7.00pm. Meetings are only held within the school terms.
What else do we do?
The P&C also run the canteen and a uniform shop at the school. Follow the links to find out more.
