Excursions are an exciting part of a student’s learning in a school year. An excursion provides the opportunity for students to go outside the classroom walls to see different places and share experiences to complement the learning that has taken place in the classroom. Permission notes are always sent out well before excursion dates to allow time to return notes and payment. Parents can request to set up a payment plan for more costly excursions by contacting and organsing a meeting with the Principal. Excursion experiences vary from year to year depending on the focus of learning for that year. The excursion schedule is communicated at the start of each year. Throughout the year a number of school incursions may also be offered. This is where visiting performers come and share experiences at the school.
